Richart Carrozza and The Jodorowsky Method
The Tarot gives us the key to enter the inner world and communicate with the unconscious which creates our everyday reality! Richart proposes three tools which we can make use of in order to regain our essence: Tarot (for awareness), Psycho-genealogy (to create a structure) and Psychomagic (to activate the transformation).
Richart's central theme is that every person progresses in life with an invisible cage around themselves. This cage is formed by parents, family, culture and nationality amongst other aspects. The only thing that enters this cage is lasting impressions made on the unconscious mind, such as marks left by family & society - this 'tattooing' on the unconscious, limits the person from the infinite possibilities of personal realisation.
The Jodorowsky Method
Twenty years ago Richart Carrozza first went to a seminar about Tarot by Alejandro Jodorowsky. This unique and specific technique enables him to constantly learn. Each reading is a lesson for the reader as well as being an aid for the person being read too. Richart's work focuses mainly on the art of Tarot, which sometimes opens the door for acts of psychomagic. The Tarot is the teacher that guides him and for whom he works.
'Psycho-genealogy' pioneered by Alejandro Jodorowsky, helped him understand the major influence the family structure has on the psyche of the consultant, on his unconscious and ultimately on life itself.
Psychomagic was created by Alejandro Jodorowsky as a concrete response and solution to the problems encountered earlier in his life; a direct result of his experience with theatre, his knowledge of shamanism, magic and the occult world and of course the deep love he bears for humanity. It is a therapeutic practice which techniques are useful in psychotherapy. Pyschomagic combines art, Eastern philosophies (particularly Zen Buddhism), mysticism and modern psychotherapy to heal patients with emotional problems. The principle relies on the belief that the unconscious mind takes a symbolic act as a fact. So a symbolic act could accordingly help solve some types of non rational conflicts.
